This is the core focus of the Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) programs at Multimedia Nusantara School (MNS). Initial Mapping helps teachers and mentors identify each student's potential early on, allowing the learning process to be tailored to individual needs. This approach also serves as an important foundation for helping students recognize their strengths, giving them a clearer direction when deciding on future studies or careers. The mapping process covers four key aspects: <\/span>Academic Readiness, Character & Soft Skills, Talent & Interest, and Learning Profile<\/span><\/i>. After understanding each student's learning profile through Initial Mapping, MNS continues the guidance process through Talent Mapping, a system that helps students identify interests, talents, and potential that can be developed for the future. Talent Mapping is conducted through interest and aptitude assessments, teacher observation, student reflection, discussions with parents, and evaluation of both academic and non-academic development. One of the signature learning programs at MNS's JHS and SHS is Learn Everywhere at Your Pace (LEAP). This program gives students the space to learn more independently, at their own pace. Through the Annual Program, students have the opportunity to be directly involved in a range of experiences that build leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship, and global awareness. Key agendas within the Annual Program include the Future Tech & Innovation Fair, Young Entrepreneur Market, Leadership Camp, Industry Visit, and Education Fair, along with Student Exchange, specifically for SHS Grade 11 students as part of a cross-cultural learning experience, and\u00a0 <\/span>Internship <\/span><\/i>, for SHS Grade 12 students, offering direct exposure to the professional industry. Club & Elective options at MNS span several categories, including:<\/span> Technology & Innovation \u2014 Robotics, Coding, Animation, Game Development, Digital Journalism, Cinematography, and Digital Drawing.
